The island of São Miguel is a magical place in the middle of the Atlantic. But the waves aren't always friendly. Strong currents, and powerful waves don't make this island ideal for surfing in bikinis.

On the island lived a girl, who loved to surf. She did kinda suck at it, and was better at paddling, wiping out and getting sets on the head.
When she lost her job her surf coach suggested she'd do something with her sewing skills.

She decided to make bikinis that she could actually surf in, without being afraid of accidentally flashing the whole line up.

This is how Mirche was created, sustainable surfwear that can handle some swell.
